Terms & Conditions

All information available on this website is, to the best of our knowledge, correct and up to date. We do not, however, accept any liability for any errors or omissions; we reserve the right to change information and specifications at any time. All weights and sizes are approximate.

POSTAGE

RC SUPPLIES do not have a minimum postage amount. Our system adds postage for each single item purchased, if you have several items in your shopping cart you will note a larger P+P charge however any excess P+P charged will be refunded back to you before goods are shipped! To ensure your parcel is protected against loss or damage we dispatch most items Recorded or Special Delivery. All small items are shipped in bubble wrapped bags. Kit postage is via our courier service, which is insured up to £500 per item. We try to post items next day delivery whenever possible. If you have any special requirements to help your delivery please let us know. If any product is required to be returned to us, the customer MUST ensure sufficient postage is paid. Any undercharged items returned will not be looked into until we are reimbursed with the correct postage!

PAYPAL ORDERS

We will ship to the address given on your PayPal account. Please ensure your PayPal details are correct before you place your order. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect address details. IE; moved house, changed name etc Your order may be delayed if the product is not in stock. we regret we cannot always provide delivery dates on out of stock items. The RC Supplies website will be updated to show 'available to buy' as soon as the item arrives. RC Supplies does not accept liability for any indirect loss or consequential loss of any data, income, profit, or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising from the use of this website or any product purchased from it. RC SUPPLIES will only be liable for the direct loss up to a maximum total price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.

PAYMENTS

All on-line transactions are via a SECURE SSL SERVER using the tried and tested PAYPAL system, and are then processed manually. No transaction will actually take place until the goods are packaged and ready to post. RC Supplies accept no liability for any losses or claims arising from links to other sites or forums, or infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties. You can buy instantly and securely with your credit card through the on line PAYPAL system If you do not hold a Paypal account you can still pay via your credit or debit card, however this is sent to us as an E-CHEQUE and as such takes 7-10 days to clear. We will ship goods as soon as payment clears.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty item, please contact us in writing (not email) or via telephone in the first instance, in case the issue can be resolved. Please ensure goods are returned in original packaging and are in original condition. We will not accept any items that have been damaged, dismantled or modified in any way by the end user, Please note: You are responsible for ensuring the goods are returned safely to us so we recommend sending any parcels by 1st class recorded post (this includes up to £28 insurance) or by Special Delivery if the goods are valued between £28 and £500. We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit.

VERY IMPORTANT: If any product is returned to us and found NOT to be defective or has been damaged as a direct result of missuse a surcharge will be incurred, as will returned postage. Goods found not to be faulty will NOT be returned to the customer until we receive the surcharge payment.

Your name, address and contact details will be passed to the postal service used to deliver your goods as required. We will not pass your details to any other third party, company or organisation. We will not send you any advertising material without your prior consent.
