Opening Hours

Please note our standard opening hours and the opening hours over the bank holiday weekend.

Standard opening hours:
Mon – Fri 9am to 17.00pm
Sat – Closed
Sun – Closed

Outside of these hours please advise that the offices are closed but we will respond to their enquiry at the earliest possible moment within 24hrs during the week and 48hrs during the weekend.

Collections

You can collect from our warehouse Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm. We request that you contact us in advance so we can ensure that the products are in stock and ready when you arrive. Please call us to arrange collections on 0203 5829835. Due to health and safety purposes we can only deal with collections over £100.

We require that identification be provided for cash transactions on certain products and will provide more information when you contact us. Suitable forms of identification are driving licence, Passport, Recently utility or phone bill, insurance certificates.
